Shipping & Delivery Information
Shipping and handling will be charged to the purchaser. Because shipping costs and times vary greatly with weight of product and distance factors, all shipping arrangements & costs will be made at time of purchase in the cart.
Payment for product purchases will be made with credit card or by PayPal account through our secure Paypal ordering system. You do not have to have a PayPal account to place an order. You will automatically receive an email confirmation of your order.
Please allow 10 to 14 days delivery time for all orders on all orders purchased through our secure ordering purchase page (the Cart).
All orders are shipped unfolded & double-wrapped in plastic inside sturdy shipping containers to insure you get them in the best possible condition.

Q. What shipping options do you offer?
We currently offer Standard Shipping via USPS.
If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us via the "Contact Us" page and we will arrange this special service.
Q. Do you offer international shipping?
Not in the cart.
We currently ship to USA addresses only. If you wish to arrange shipping to a location not supported by e-store, please call us for possible special arrangements at 931.788.6355 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
Typically your order will arrive within 7-10 business days, unless you contact us requesting special shipping methods.
Q. How can I find out what my shipping/handling charges are before I place my order?
Add the items you want to purchase to the shopping cart. On the shopping cart page, click the “Estimate Shipping, Handling & Taxes” button under the "What would you like to do next?" and enter your country, state and zip code into Shipping Rates Calculator and click the “Get Quotes” button to get the shipping costs added to your order. You can add to or remove items from the shopping cart to at any time during your purchase and the cart will calculate any shipping difference.
Q. How can I check the progress of my order?
We’ll send you an email with your invoice when your order ships.
Q. What happens if my order does not arrive, does not contain the items I requested or arrives damaged?
We make every effort to make sure your order is shipped in a timely manner and protected against typical weather elements and Post Office wear and tear. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the condition of your order and wish to return for a refund, click on "Returns" at the bottom of any page in our e-store. From there, you can process a return number and we will be in touch with you asap. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do whatever we can to help make you happy.
